My stay at the hotel was exactly what I had hoped for. The rooms were outstanding, spacious, and the new property. All staff members were cooperative and true ambassadors of this hotel. However, it was a bit too hot, which seemed to be a problem throughout the hotel.
The hotel is quite nice with good beds, lots of power outlets, and relatively good WiFi, although the rooms at the front facing the noisy road can be a bit loud. The service is friendly and professional, responding well to requests, but a bit uncomfortable at times. Its location is very convenient for shopping and exploring the city, near big malls and public transportation. The dining options could use improvement in quality and freshness, especially the bread. Overall, a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks.
